The organization wanted an app that could demonstrate to potential customers an engaging way for staff to undertake IT self-assessment tests and improve their digital skills.
Solution
The digital literacy training app included the following features:

Embedded videos available offline meaning that even if users did not have a perfect internet connection they were still able to use the app.

Results
The app saw high engagement from its users. 60% of users accessed the app multiple times and there was an average of 7.29 screens viewed per visit demonstrating a high degree of interest with the content.
